“Go” is our ministry for children in Grades 1 – 5. In the Go program, children feel welcomed, valued and cared for while they learn who Jesus is, how to follow Him, and how basic Bible truths can help them make the right choices now and throughout their lives. Go is a child-centered program involving games, music, drama and small group time, all presented in a way that is fun, engaging and relevant.
This ministry takes place each week during the church service. The volunteers who serve in this ministry are adults and responsible teenagers who have demonstrated a love for children. It is important to us that our volunteers have been appropriately screened. Criminal record checks are done for all adults in children’s ministry at Hillside.
Please note that the “Go” program will not be available during the month of August. Children are welcome to stay in the sanctuary with their parents for the whole service.
